1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within [2–4] business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
For "Drop" Items: If you are purchasing an item from a limited-release drop, please allow [10–14] business days for production and processing, as these items Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
[Indie stitch] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You can also reach out to our support team at [indiestitch1@gmail.com] with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. [Indiestitch] is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
